Remarks	Ground Handling and parking permission are mandatory for scheduled, charter and taxi flights as well as for non-commercial operations with aircrafts above 3.5 tons of MTOW. Ground Handling is also mandatory for all flights arriving from or departing to a non-Schengen country.
